CEO & Founder – Dean Woods

Dean brings 30 years’ experience in communications technology and more than 15 years’ experience in IoT and digital transformation technologies.

His experience is primarily in strategy, sales and business development ranging from start-up environments through to working globally for major corporations. During this time Dean has worked and built business networks throughout EMEA, Asia and North America.

In recent years Dean has worked extensively in IOT, XR and AI based technologies, serving on the Leadership Team of SaaS and Channel Distribution Technology organisations in North America and Europe. Prior to this, Dean spent 10 years with one of the world’s largest mobile network operators, Telenor, where he served in numerous roles including Chief Sales Officer in the management team of their global IoT company.

Previously Dean held numerous senior roles including Service Sales Director of Nordics and Baltics for Huawei Technologies and he also served as Managing Director for 12 years for a company he founded back in 1995.

Ed is a dynamic and innovative Leader, Entrepreneur and Change Agent with over 30 years of experience in creating, building, running, and scaling global technology companies.

He has specialized in the Industrial IoT sector with a proven track record in developing, catalyzing and monetizing smart sensoring solutions for critical infrastructure and utility asset management. Ed has demonstrated an ability to lead teams through the entire lifecycle of product development, from R&D to global market expansion.

Associate – Seamus Keane

Seamus is an experienced program manager who focuses on Operational and Technological Transformation. In 25 years, he has delivered over 40 initiatives in 28 countries. He specializes in establishing and running programs to deliver clear business impacts, developing strategies for success, and troubleshooting issues within existing delivery teams. Seamus brings a proven delivery model built on accumulated knowledge from working with many clients and organizations across the Communications, Software, Manufacturing, Government, and Transport Industries. His experience spans Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, IT, and Operations functions within companies.

He has extensive experience working in geographically dispersed, diverse, multi-function teams. His approach is heavily built upon enabling local teams, a methodological process of data-based decision-making, and a focus on client and stakeholder needs. This includes strategic planning and hands-on troubleshooting to ensure that programs overcome challenges and achieve their intended outcomes.

Associate – Dave Bill

Risk, Health & Safety and Change Management Expert – Dave enjoyed 30 years in the public sector, with over 10 years a Senior Executive level. His responsibilities included being strategic lead for risk management planning, Health and Safety and change management. Dave’s roles included the leadership of over 1200 emergency workers, in over 50 locations, throughout the year 24 hours a day.

As a pragmatic manager Dave built significant expertise in industrial relations, people and change management. He understands the need for building clarity within organisations through clear strategic planning in order to build solid foundations for change and using risk management to ensure effective structuring and development of areas which most effectively enhance business needs. Elements particularly vital when organisations are looking to grow or innovate into new markets and/or reduce costs.
